Our property is located in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful nature, so guests may occasionally notice insects or wildlife despite regular cleaning and pest control. These are a natural part of the environment and nothing to worry about. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. COVID-19 SANITIZATION: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the cleanliness of our property. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events. This helps us preserve the property's pristine condition for future guests and your own return visits. NO UNBOOKED/UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Please inform the owner or property manager if you have any unregistered visitors. Events or large gatherings on the property without prior written approval are not permitted and will be considered false pretense.
