Please note that burning fire outside house will not be allowed at our properties during this time. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or trip protection to cover any unforeseen circumstances related to wildfires, such as evacuations, property damage, or trip cancellations. By taking this precaution, you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind, knowing that you're protected in case of any unexpected events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. COVID-19 SANITIZATION: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priority. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the cleanliness of our property. PET-FRIENDLY HOME: Our home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along on your vacation. They'll love exploring the spacious backyard and relaxing on the comfy patio. Please note that there is a fee of $100 for the first two pets that you bring with you. If you have more than two pets, there will be an additional charge of $50 for each pet after the first two. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events.
